Yes, you can cancel your Sokrateque plan at any time. We do not offer refunds on payments already made for your plan. However, you can cancel the day before renewal so you benefit most.
No. When your trial ends, a message appears at login asking you to choose a paid plan to continue using Sokrateque. If you don't choose a plan, you will not be charged. You do not have to worry about your documents. You can still access them. We may delete your account 30 days after your trial runs out.
With the purchase of an enterprise plan, you have the option to grant access to your team members. However, this sharing feature is not available for individual and student plans.
We accept all major credit cards! For Enterprise plans that meet a minimum, we also accept bank transfers.
Your data on Bookshelf is secured through the 256-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES), which represents the most robust form of AES encryption currently in use. None of the data you enter in Brainstorm or Bookshelf will be used for training our models. We may use the question-and-answer data from ‘As the web’ to improve our models so that Sokrateque will give you even better answers.
The application is collecting user data for user sign up and login. In addition, Sokrateque uses this information to let you access the files you have stored so you can ask questions on and about it. Learn more about our privacy policy here
We send invoices automatically to the email address you provided during registration. Please check your spam folder if you haven't received any.

Eligible college and university students get the Individual plan at a discount for up to 4 years (you need to renew and reverify every 12 months). To get Individual Student:
1. Fill out the SheerID verification form.
Note: If your school is not listed in this form, you’re not eligible at this time.
2. You will be asked to log into your college or university's portal, or to upload proof of your enrollment.
3. SheerID will email you to confirm eligibility. This can take several days.
Note: If you have eligibility issues, please contact the SheerID support team.
Notes:
• If your institution is not listed in the SheerID verification form, you’re not eligible for the discount at this time.
• You do not need to register your student email address to your Sokrateque account to be eligible for the discount.
• You can’t pay for Individual Student by mobile billing or another company (e.g. your phone or internet provider).
• If you already pay this way, you need to cancel your subscription and re-sign up with an eligible payment method.
• The payment methods offered in the signup flow depend on your location.
• If you have eligibility issues, please contact the SheerID support team.
You can still get the discount even if you study abroad. Just make sure your account’s country or region matches where you’re studying and you use a payment method issued there.
